Cancellation Policies - Quick Guide

Daily Walks

While cancellations are best avoided when possible, we understand sickness and other emergencies happen. If services are cancelled before 5pm the night before, the full refund is credited your account. Between 5 - 8pm, a $3 charge is applied. Cancellations after 8pm - 

Day of cancellations are charged in full. *Holidays: Cancellations are due 7 days prior to day of service to avoid 100% service fee. See list of Holidays here.

Pet Visits

A 25% deposit is required to book services. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of services, the full deposit is forfeited. If a cancellation is made less than 48hrs before the start of services, 100% for the first 3 days is due, and 15% for days thereafter.

Overnight Services

A 50% deposit is required to book overnight services. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of services, the full deposit is forfeited. If a cancellation is made less than 48hrs before the start of services, 100% for the first 3 days is due, and 15% for days thereafter.

Exceptions

2020 Holidays:

Cancellation: If your service reservation includes the dates Dec 22 - Jan 2, cancellation must occur at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to first day of services. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 4 days before the start of services will result in 100% of total service fee.
