Becoming An Established Client
Every new client receives a free 30 minute consultation so we can get to know your pet's specific needs as well as your own. We understand that no two households are the same and want to prepare for our visits with your animals as much as possible beforehand. We want to know your pet's likes/dislikes, quirks, favorite toys, who likes to be snuggled, allergies, etc. The consultation gives us a chance to get to know each other.
We are happy to accommodate longer consultations if you feel it is needed. Please mention when booking your consult that additional time will be needed as consultations require two team members to be present and additional scheduling must be arranged.

How to Prepare for the Consultation:
2 Key copies required - Please ensure these keys work properly before the consult (Have a key pad? Only one key required in the case of battery failure/power outage)
Once you have spoken to us over the phone, you will receive an invitation to make an account virtually in our system. You can add your pet's info, pics, med info., and specifics on your home. After your account is made, you have the freedom to request services whenever is convenient for you!

Payment and Cancellation Policies
Daily Walks: While cancellations are best avoided when possible, we understand sickness and other emergencies happen. If services are cancelled before 8pm the night before, full refund is credited your account. After 9pm the night before a $3 charge is applied.
Vacation Services: A 25% deposit is required to book vacation services. If cancellation is made one week or more prior to service start date, full deposit is credited to account. If cancellation is made less than one week before the start of services, full deposit amount is kept. If less than 48hrs notice is given, 100% of first 3 days due, and 15% thereafter.
Overnight Services: A 50% deposit is required to book overnight services. Due to the exclusive nature of these services, MPV can only hold services for one client on any given day. This means MPV must decline all requests for overnights that coincide with the dates you have booked. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of services, the full deposit is forfeited. If a cancellation is made less than 48hrs before the start of services, 100% for the first 3 days is due, and 15% for days thereafter.
2020 Holiday Policy:
Pet visits during these dates (Dec 22 - Jan 2) will require a 50% deposit (which goes towards the service total) at the time of booking. *This is very important: Booking is not considered final until we have received the deposit.
Cancellation: If your service reservation includes the dates Dec 22 - Jan 2, cancellation must occur at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to first day of services. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 4 days before the start of services will result in 100% of total service fee.
